Abstract

As we know, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it also has an impact on any sector, one of which is the company's economic sector. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company's finances experienced a very rapid decline. To be able to survive in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, companies have various ways, one of which is to terminate employment. However, this method does not only affect employees who are laid off, but also indirectly affects the remaining employees.
